How to change or reset your Routing Active Testing user password¶
To change or reset your user password, log in to Routing Active Testing, do one of the following:
Access your personal profile by clicking your Routing Active Testing user name on the top bar, then click the Change password button.
Alternatively, on the login screen, click the Forgot your password? link. You will receive an email with a link for changing your password.
Note
If your user is managed by an LDAP server, its password too is managed on that server and cannot be changed here. See the Installation Guide for further details on configuring LDAP user management in Control Center.
How to update the contact information for your Routing Active Testing account¶
Your contact information is part of your Routing Active Testing profile.
To update your profile, click your Routing Active Testing user name on the top bar, then select Edit profile and make the desired changes.
